Kadiliman is a Filipino-Mythology-themed survival stealth horror mystery video game. The player is trapped in a nightmarish unknown dimension of a medical school and must find a way to escape before they get trapped in that dimension forever. While escaping, the player will also have the opportunity to uncover the truth as to why they were trapped in that dimension.
